Awful service. Ordered online. Waited for 45 minutes at the store. They kept saying "we're just about to cut it" then we waited another 25 minutes. It'd be one thing if they told us "we're running late, it's going to take a while" but it's a whole other thing when they tell you "it's a couple minutes" and then you end up waiting for 25 additional minutes. Eight other people were waiting in the store for the same exact thing. The employees kept lying to their customers with false time frames. Don't waste your time or money here.
Waited 2 hours for food that never came. Called them and could not get a hold of them. Finally got a hold of them after closing hours for them to tell me they were busy and couldn’t answer the phone. Then proceeded to hang up on me and could not get a hold of them after. Food never came
I was at work on 68th st in wauwatosa right off of wells. Pizza was ordered around 6:30 p.m & we were told it was 30-40 minutes for the delivery. Around 7:45 p.m we give them a call asking about the status of the order because our clinic closes at 8:00 p.m. the guy on the phone was rude as all hell & stated the driver would be leaving with it in 5 minutes. So they had not even left the store yet. & all we ordered was a small pizza. We close up at 8:00 p.m and wait outside of our facility for the delivery driver. Around 8:10 he finally shows up. We were given this slip that stated they were sorry for the inconvenience and they were offering us 50% off of anything on the menu for future orders. Never will we give this place business again. We should not have been charged for a small pizza that was that damn late on top of horrible customer service. Whoever is in charge of this location seriously needs to do some looking into their establishment and workers. You will lose out on customers due to these types of experiences.

Food was terrible. Too much garlic on the New Cheesy garlic bread Stix. Literally pieces of garlic on the cheese. Trying to hard to be different. This time it was a fail. Never going back. Little Caesars better.
