Our server had an attitude after we said he gave us the wrong beer. Don't try the Thai ginger btw people. Its awful. Also ordered us the wrong sized wings, safe to say we won't be returning ):
Got there at 6:30. Told there were only tables in the bar area. Got seated and placed drink order. Long island Ice Tea looked like a Coke with alcohol in it. Let server know and a manager approached and had it made again. The new LIT looked like it was. Placed wing order and got what looked like wings that were just litely touched with sauce. Ordered another LIT and the exact same thing happened. Coke with some alcohol in it. The bartender there should not be a bartender but a server. Or go back and learn to make drinks.
Bottom line, come here for the food or get it to go. Do not come here expecting quality service.
Not a horrible location. If you get your food to go, you do need to thoroughly check your bag because I always have multiple things misssing. I've never had a problem dining in here and the staff is pretty friendly!
We booked a party to watch a boxing match to only have 13 people show up to them admitting they lied. Worst night every. Wings were awesome
Good food that is consistent with the brand, but service left something to be desired. We were greeted after sitting for about 5 minutes. Got our appetizer before our soft drinks. Had to stop eating a few times to wait for refills. Our server said she was new and apologized, and we were understanding, as we have worked in the industry.
