I waited at the customer service counter for 15 minutes and both sales representatives did not acknowledge me. I finally said something to one of the representatives and his response was that he was up since 5:am. It wasn't that they were not working but you have to pause for a second and tell the person waiting that you will be with them in a minute. This shows respect and let's the customer know that you acknowledge that they are there!! These little things go a long way!!!
The associate Mr. Hurtado was of great help! They have mattress, stoves, dishwasher, microwaves, stoves, fridges, washers, dryers, exercise equipment and much more! Great prices and service. They also speak Spanish! Hablan español!!!
