I'm positive the only reason I get decent service here is because I'm a former employee. Its also usually quicker to look on their app to find something cuz most the employees will be new and end up doing the same thing anyway.
Only one person working in the appliances section the one salesman is helping somebody which was taking a long time there were two more people waiting to get his help and I was the third person I asked, "are you the only one working in this department today he said unfortunately yes". he look very frazzled will not shop at Lowe's for appliances again.
I went for Christmas trees. They were the worst selection. Either very small or extra tall. No-one tried to help us even. I'm just disappointed with this location. We went to steins and found awesome trees.
This Lowe's is excellent! Very clean, well organized, and fully socked every time I've needed something. The times I wanted something they didn't carry they have a huge catalogue you can order from or their even willing to find it online and order it in and match the price with no shipping fee. They deliver too! Their employees are well versed in their selected departments and are very knowledgeable. I've always been very impressed with Lowe's stores as I've lived in many states. I prefer Lowe's over Menards for all my needs.
Lowes will not honor their online price if they can't find the product. Even after learning the product was not in stock it's still stays "in stock" on their website. They wont remove it and they wont honor the price. Goodbuy Lowes, Hello home depot.
