Wasted $35 renting a truck because their system was down and they couldn’t ring me out. I was back and forth in and out of the store with a tape measure at least six times for over an hour planning everything and no one said a single thing about their system being down all day. Great store but incompetent employees.
It's too bad that they're closing down but the customer service is great they were very nice but they forgot to give me items with each order I had called to make sure my order was there told me yes by the time I got there what's same day they said it wasn't there yet
Love it you can find lots of great things for a low price
Not necessarily this locations fault but 2 of my online orders were shipped here and both orders were incorrect. Nothing was done to resolve the problem.
Update: they never did get the correct shoes for me, but I did get a $20 gift card to JCP for the hassle.
If it wasn't for the low prices we would have walked out. 17 minutes without anyone offering to help us when there 3 women standing at the register talking. Worst customer service we have experienced.
