Great selection of gowns for formal wear, great service and prices were fair
Boston store and macys trying to see who can have the highest prices in the city its close!
On Friday November 24, 2017, I was at Boston Store with my Granddaughter. We were looking at the Philosophy products near the cosmetic department when a display rack fell on me and hit me on the head. Security came and took my personal information and brought me a couple of ice packs. I was told that someone would call me on Monday. Today is December 5th, and I still have not received a call from the store. When I call and select a department other than one that is listed in their directory, there is no answer. Thanks for caring about your customers Boston Store.
Today was the THIRD time in 6 months that I had an arm full of merchandise and put it down and left after not being able to find anyone at a check out. I asked 2 associates who were working on a display where to get help and they pointed to the farthest cashier. I went over there (double stroller in their VERY narrow, overstocked aisles) and the gentleman informed me there would be a 15 minute wait because he was working on something. I will never shop there again.
We had discount copouns and sales associates refused to use those or even to scan. Very rude customer service. Cashier people are not helpful at all. They would rather make things difficult than the other way around. This store needs to improve customer service and quickly before they loose more and more customers.
