Checked online to see if a certain boot was in the store, and according to the website, it was. Showed up, did a quick once over in both the boots section and clearance, didn't see it - so I decided to find a store employee. There was a younger, petite woman who was just standing by the store computer, so I figured she'd be the person to talk to. I went to her and asked about the boot (I had the brand name and the specific boot name) and she said "oh, well - if it's not out... it must have been put back into clearance... you can go look.... that particular kind of boot's boxes are blue... you can go look" and just awkwardly waited for me to leave. I had to demand from a separate store employee that they look in the system to see if the boots were in stock. I could have been looking for who knows how long?
Honestly some of the worst customer service ever received. Ordered for in store pick up, which is a difficult task for them. Katie seemed to be he manager and told me that the shoe was no longer available because it was in the clearance section and their inventory had not been updated. Instead of offering to order the shoe and ship it to me, she just stared at me and sent me on my way. Called the 1-800 number to order it myself where they told me it STILL showed available at that store. At least their call center has people who understand what customer service is.
Was looking for shoes they didnt have anything in my size so i asked employee they went to front counter and and didnt come back for 15 minuetes finally when they did they didnt have it in my size so i asked her to check another pair that they didnt have in my size after 20 minuetes of waiting i just left great selection of shoes terrible customer service
