I loved my stay at Residence Inn. They are very warm welcoming and awesome. The location is good. The rooms are cleaned up everyday on time. The services are on time. There is shuttle bus to get around in 3mile radius.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to sit and visit with family over the holidays. The staff worked very hard to keep the hotel clean while the guests were dragging in slush and salt from the snow. This is a great place to stay and enjoy Milwaukee.
I stayed at this hotel for about 3 weeks for work and the Manager Stephanie was very rude. The hotel is beautiful but I'm all about customer service. I expected better customer service especially from a manager. I'm a loyal Marriott customer (Platinum Member) but loyalty obviously didn't matter here.
Appeared brand new. Everything was clean and the room setup was convenient. Easy to get to Miller Park and downtown. Would visit again. One of the front desk staff was a little short with us. Noisy guest next door but stopped before it became a problem.
The hotel lobby and room were beautiful and clean. I only interacted with the staff at the front desk very briefly but they were very nice. I only stayed one night because it was the cheapest rate around (business trip), so I didn't get to make full use of the room - especially the kitchen. Everything was well stocked and clean, though. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel from the north because there has recently been construction, and Google Maps didn't know how to take me there properly. I was able to find my way though.
