Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked their shuttle service which will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius, including Miller Park and Milwaukee County Zoo. Greatly place to stay!

We were staying at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West after our wedding. The bartender was happy and helpful as well as the shuttle and the front desk! Every worker that we encountered throughout our weekend was very nice, helpful, and respectful! We had a very good time!!!
Spacious rooms.courtesy shuttle was great. Breakfast far better than usual complimentary breakfast. Had a minor issue with my room key not working - - was told that the staff didn't 'fully' check me in. Issue resolved quickly.
The Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay. They were beyond accommodating with all of our needs, from extra towels to the forgotten toothbrush. I would recommend the Crowne Plaza for your stay.
