The vehicle was a 2018 Soul nice for someone into technology. It was fully equipped to take care of the techno savvy. I'm accustomed to a larger vehicle but this wasn't too bad. It has a smooth ride. I will be renting again soon but a bigger more roomier vehicle. The overall customer service was ok.
The whole experience, from check out to check in, was a breeze. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely use them again.
