Again a great job by the people at enterprise.! I have never been disappointed. This trip I rented a Ford fusion, comfortable and clean. Picked me up on time and got me on the road quickly.
I have rented from this particular location several times and each time I have received excellent customer service. Jeremiah is amazing! Him and his staff work extremely hard to make sure my rental experiences are always pleasant.
The guys here are always super helpful. The rates are good and cars are usually readily available. However, sometimes the cars aren't in top condition since they're probably turning them over quickly. I've had minor issues with tire pressure, cars with the pre-existing damage that I needed to trade in halfway into a trip and exchange... Either way no matter what happens, they always make it right and take care of the customer.
They have been more than a rental car company, they are truely a group of people who treat one like family. They are always welcomed. I don't want to let an opportunity pass to just say that I do see, appreciate and am planning to stay with them wherever I travel.
