Talked to the "Snake/reptile lady" who was very knowledgeable and helpful about our feeding question for "Mango" my daughter's ball python. The other employees in the store were also friendly and helpful. The snake is the 3rd pet we have bought from here, and would definitely recommend it to others, and buy future pets/pet items here.

Second of all, every fish I have ever bought from here has ick . I have to buy 30 gold fish at a time bc I have a piranha. Every time I buy any kind of fish from here, they are sick when I get them.
First of all. I got sold 4 hamsters and all of them were sick. I even used all different cages and everything. I returned the last 2 so that they could get the proper are veterinary care that they needed . I got yelled at for returning the second hamster.
Amy was such a great help and very knowledgeable. I came in to purchase some fish and supplies for my daughter who just turned five! I'm starting completely from scratch and I've never done this before so I was lost. Amy helped me choose the right tank for the type of fish I was looking at. I didn't even know you had to let the tank run for 24 hours before adding fish! Amy made great suggestions and informed of some promos going on. I'm very satisfied with my items and will be back tomorrow with my daughter to pick out some fish!
Third, one guy, who works here, told my room mate to buy two Syrian hamsters and house them together. They hurt eachother and one got killed.
