I was absolutely mortified at the way the bartender was begging for tips. Our food hadn't even come yet when he explained to us how his shift was over and asked if we would square up on our bill so he could have his tip and go home! We gladly compensated him for his own convenience yet he stuck around hounding other customers for money! He even put his hand over our small pile of change that was sitting in front of my husband and asked if he could have it! Seriously!?
For the price was not worth it. My salmon was over cooked and dry and the kids chicken tenders looked well done along with the fries they messed up my order... But Applebees is like that.. They are a hit and miss kinda place you can order the same thing every time and each time it will be different sometimes good and sometimes not so good.i did try the Sriracha shrimp that was about the only good thing..
This night in particular was horrible. The service was slow one of the waitresses was undoubtedly rude. The drinks were great. The food was cold. I fought to have a great evening there but I was in excellent company.
The experience was simply wonderful from bottom up. The manager truly cared about his staff and customers. It was three in our party and each of us were impressed with our overall treatment. Thanks JD we will be back.
I would prefer to give this place zero Stars if it would let me! I have never had such a ridiculous dinner experience! Is it due to the area? I'm thinking so. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MINDBLOWINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Ordered drinks. They came in a reasonable time. I asked for water as well, took a few attempts. Ordering the food wasn't hard, I thought. When it came, I said, "That's not what I ordered." The waiter said, "No it is." The item I read to him had the word chicken in the title. I was given a burger. I eventually was like, "Screw it, I guess I'll eat this."
Not to mention not a single other employee even looked our Direction, so who exactly was working? When two single ladies walked in...that got the other guy's attention as he immediately walked over to their seats and asked what he could get them!.....my husband and I sat there in AWE shaking our heads and feeling invisible. It was so blatant I actually felt like I was in a movie.... wondering, is this for real?
