Jen and Sarah and the whole team were amazing to work with. They were extremely attentive and I felt confident the entire time that they were on our side and looking out for our interests. This was our first home buying experience and we were very nervous. We didn't know what to expect, and we were not very knowledgeable about the process. Overall, Newton showed that he really cared about what I was buying, not just trying to get the sale. Being a first-time home buyer, I was very picky about the home I wanted to buy, and he was very patient with me. There were multiple homes that looked great in photos that I scheduled showings for, but when we got there he found many things that weren't disclosed in the condition report and saved me from buying a home with structural issues. I am glad he was looking out for my future and wanted me to wait to find the right home.
