I was in there a few weeks ago and this girl was so rude to everyone. I'm pretty sure she was a manager by the way she was talking to the employees but it was not how I would EVER want to be spoken to. I can't believe such unqualified people would be put in the position of management which is why I will never go back or make a purchase there. It's a shame since their stuff is so cute.
Manager and crew were very nice! They showed me every single thing I wanted to look at! They give great recommendations for their product. Manager was polite and respectful to other people. They took care of others as it got busy. I was very clueless about gifts for family members and they showed me everything they might enjoy! Product they sell is great for personal use as well as gifts. Will definitely be going back to see new product!!
Called ahead to see if a particular item was in stock and was told it was. Drove 45 minutes during busy holiday traffic only to be told it was not in stock. The person who took the call never said it was low on stock nor offered to hold it.
The store had no way to make it up to us, no discount, no ability to order what we wanted, nothing other than selling us items we didnt want.VERY disappointed.
