I really like the staff at Watertown Plank. AND.. I think they take wonderful care of their nursery. They are busy busy, because the place is so clean. Whilst I miss hawks, the Stiens garden center on watertown plank, is holding up well. Everything looks great.

Stein Garden & Home of Watertown Plank Rd. is a treasure trove of goodness! Their plant selection is wonderfully diverse and economically priced. The "home" part of the business is well organized and eye-catching. The staff is knowledgeable (particularly when Alice is working) and friendly. I much prefer the Stein's model to the over-priced, pretentious and stuffy Hawks of the past. I visit often to support this change. When this store was Hawks, I always felt like I was limited in my budget as everything had an "Elm Grove markup" attached. Average, everyday Wisconsinites can afford this store now.
We had excellent customer service in addition to the quality plants. Devon was so helpful in loading our trees; he's very hardworking and a great representation of your nursery!
