The sales lady was very curt and in no mood to provide service for a Kohler related question. I would recommend going to another store, which I did and received excellent service.
Buyer beware great product terrible service. I know it's Kohler but this service is terrible. I went this service to save us time and steamline the process. They make great product but have no business handling orders for large projects. Half the the order was the wrong product or wrong color from what we ordered. It was a complete hassell to have them get us the product that we actually order. Delayed our bathroom project timeline over 3 months because of their inability to order the correct SKU number and send us what we actually ordered. I should have listened to there 2 star rating.
