As far as contacting anyone else at Froedtert you had your chance to address this when I went through the channels, you thumbed your nose at me, now enjoy having your public reviews along with Dr. Rebholz!
I came for help and left in worse condition than I came. I had no choice but to come back after having an allergic reaction to the medication they prescribed me and I have to wait 2 hours. Which is odd because the doctors here spend about 25 seconds with you.
Took my mother here and was told the wait was one hour. 2 hours later she saw a doctor, only after I made a big stink. She was railroaded over and over again. Turns out she needed antibiotics for pneumonia. It is serious for elderly people. So mad how they did not care. So cheap they they don't hire more staff. It's clear that profit is a higher priority than patient care.
WORST urgent care possible!!!! The wait time is RIDICULOUS never seen a place so SLOW!!! The attitudes are as if they don’t care, they here to get a paycheck and that’s it!!!! Would not recommend this place to a animal if they accepted animals
I was to be seen by Dr. Rebholz. He treated me with disrespect in every mention of the word. Dr. Rebholz did not want to listen to the problems I was having and dismissed my problems as heart related. Dr. Rebholz wasn't even in the room his student was, Dr. Rebholz made decisions by not even hearing the problems first hand. I wanted a 2cd opinion on surgery and what I got was a lot of EGO and disrespect for my problem. My MRI's do not show heart problems but spine problems. Avoid Dr. Rebholz and Froedtert spine care at all cost! A complete waste of MY TIME AND MY MONEY! I complained to top of the elite ladder at Froedtert NO ONE CARED! So Froedtert how do you like your review?
Iv not myself personally had to have service there. But I have a Client that does. And might I say it has always been a up beat, clean, professional, yet personal seemingly loving for the patients they care for. She is always in a great mood, when she's going there as well as when she leaves. Keep up the great work!!
