Nice selection of designer items, well organized store, and the staff is very friendly. I always find a good deal when I visit. One of my favorite places to shop in Milwaukee.

Great prices for things that they can't sell at the mail Nordstrom store at Mayfair Mall. Prices are generally 25-33% off. Sometimes you can find clearance items for 50-75% off, which is awesome.
DO NOT order anything online from this store. I have ordered shoes twice and both times have been told they can not fulfill my order due to inventory issues. They claim the site is having problems that they are working on. I finally called customer service and they are crediting back my account the amount paid and apologize. Why take money for a product you can't fill. The girl said no coupons or credits can be offered because that is not something the store does. Well when you take my money multiple times and are not able to give me the product I start to wonder what type of business I am dealing with. I will no longer shop here and recommend if you do you go into the store only so you know you can actually get what you pay for.
