Bought a new tumbler, only to realize the gadget did not work properly. Went to the store for a replacement with my receipt and the manager Choleo would not return, nor allow me to upgrade to something. I asked for the customers number, which Choleo went into the back and did not come out, while I waited for 30/45minutes. I then researched and called customer service ofamd they stated they would not be able to help me, since there for online only products. They then directed to an Whitney, which told me that my refund will be credited MRI my account in the next 5 business days. After those 5 days, nothing happened. I call TeaVana and my whole conversation that was taken 5 days previously was not in their records. Make sure what you buy is not broken, otherwise you are stuck.
I use to get really good cold drink here all the time, same like today I walk into a female employee who has a cold drink I’m her hand, but when I order a cold winter berry tea, she told me she can’t make cold drinks. And she told me the cold drink she just made is only for herself.
Always excellent with great service! I have always enjoyed lunch or dinner here, from the first greeting to the last goodbye ... my favorite restaurant!

Usually I really like Teavana, but last time I was there it just wasn't up to par. I like the limited edition winter teas, but I think the company could really benefit from a revamp of their all-year teas and tea accessories. Employees were really inattentive and were shouting back and forth to each other about things that really weren't appropriate for a work environment. Found a really cute tea ball though and the white chocolate peppermint tea is to die for!
