The food is great and all but...what bakery doesn't have bread? They ran out of bread more than an hour before closing to the point where my sandwich had to be placed on different bread.
There was also a ton of bacon placed in my friend's salad (who is a vegetarian).
Went there Monday, line stretched out into the mall, went to the Kiosk but no large coffee cups, went to Starbucks instead, went there again on Wednesday, line stretched out into the mall, went to Kiosk and ordered a large coffee, went to fill cup but no Hazelnut coffee available and no one making any, had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee...this happens regularly with the Hazelnut, went there today, ordered at Kiosk and to my great surprise there was large cups and fresh coffee and I was happy...until an employee approached me and said "I saw you take that cup, but I didn't see you pay for it, did you pay for it?" over his little shoulder I could still see my name on the board that says order ready. Being accused of being a thief at the start of your day kinda sucks and who ever planned and/or approved the remodel should be fired
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED about my experience at this Panera! I am a loyal Panera customer and from the beginning of this or was total terrible, no lids or napkins there was hair in my soup, my sandwhich only had 1 tiny piece of chicken on it which was undercooked and mostly fat. Then we found hair on our plate with the bakery items! Sooooooo DISAPPOINTED in this store, they do not hold up to the name and standard of Panera.
Soup is not the same guys ): It tasted like the end of a batch, tried to review them...didn't get much help from the manager. Safe to say I won't be coming back.
Wasn't handed a cup by the cashier after ordering, was given a dirty look when I asked for one. Craft beverages weren't refilled so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to fill the kind I actually wanted (it was either that or just a cup of water). Waited 15 minutes for two bowls of soup that were just okay. I know for a fact that stuff isn't any different from instant soup and they were giving soup to other customers so I know they weren't out. At least the scone was pretty good.
